Woollen Fabrics

The production of wool begins with the shearing of wool-bearing animals. Some animals bear wool once per year, and others bear wool multiple times throughout the year. Once the wool fibers are clean and sorted, they are carded, which is the process of making the fibers into long strands. These carded strands are then spun into yarn, and after a final washing, this yarn can be woven into garments and other types of woollen textiles. We manufacture full range of lighter and heavy weight woollen fabrics in 100% pure wool or wool blends made out of virgin wool, recycled wool, and different blended fibers in various colours and patterns according to the buyer’s specifications. We produce a wide variety of fabrics that are used across various industries for different applications ranging from worsted serge, woollen blazer, tweeds, woollen blankets, felt and many more, used for institutional supplies, winter clothing, home furnishings and other purposes.

We offer different compositions ranging from 100% pure wool to 40% wool blended with Nylon and other fibres. The Width of our woollen fabrics varies from 140 CMS to 180 CMS. The weight of the woollen fabrics varies from 150 GSM TO 750 GSM. Our woollen fabrics are warm, soft, comfortable, breathable, colourful and durable.
